1. Who we are
SetTrust ("we") builds an encrypted workspace for intimacy professionals in film, television and live performance. This policy covers the settrust.app website and its waitlist. A dedicated policy will apply to the product itself when it opens; it will be stricter, not looser.
2. What we collect on the waitlist
- Email address: to reserve your seat and write to you about the beta.
- Browser language and signup page: to contact you in your language.
- Basic technical data (browser user agent, timestamp): for security and abuse prevention.
That is all. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no resale of data, ever.
3. Legal basis and purpose
We process this data on the basis of your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), given when you join the waitlist. We use it for one purpose: keeping you informed about SetTrust. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to [email protected]; we will delete your entry.
4. Where your data lives
Waitlist data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Render, Frankfurt). Transactional emails are sent through Resend. The website is served by Cloudflare. Each provider acts as a processor under contractual safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep waitlist entries until the product launches or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Entries that never convert to an account are deleted at the latest 12 months after launch.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. One email to [email protected] is enough; we answer within 30 days.
